Crown inn on route
the day after my new years day swim in crummock water we decided to go out on the road bikes, Richard, Lois, Helen and myself for a quiet ride out, heading towards Penrith on the back roads via Raughton head we called up to Hayclose cafe but it was closed, so it was a quick photo and then off to the Crown inn for a coffee and a bite to eat, then it was back home by the shortest route to try and get warmed up. Roll on summer!!

New years day swim in crummock water, temp 4 degrees
had a good laugh doing this one, water was freezing but the crack was good, looking forward to my next open water swim. (Hopefully a bit warmer)
